  • What is VIP One Way Free Flight Offer?
      • In order to participate in the Offer, the Customer is required to purchase Product(s) worth Rs 7999/- or more from an authorized VIP store. Eligible Customer(s) will get assured- One way free flight ticket
  • How many people are eligible to get flight ticket on a single voucher?
      • One  voucher entitles 1 adult

 

  • What is the offer duration?
      • 1st April 2022 – 30th June, 2022
  • What is the redemption period?
    • 1st May 2022 - 30th September 2022
    • Blackout date : 3rd May (Idul Fitr), 16th May (Buddha Purnima), 9th to 11th July (Bakrid Weekend), 11th Aug (Raksha Bandhan), 13th to 15th Aug (Independence Day Weekend), 18th – 20th Aug (Janmashtami Weekend), 1st Sep (Ganesh Chaturthi Holiday)
  • What is the last date to register the Voucher Code?
    • Registration of voucher has to be done before 20th July 2022
  • What is the last date for booking request for One Way Free Flight ?
    • The last Date for booking request will be 20th August 2022
  • What is the last date of 1 Way Free Flight?
    • The last Date to travel will be 30th September 2022
  • Are there any blackout days?

  • When can the vouchers be registered to activate?
    • Right from the date of issuance i.e. purchase made till 30th June 2022
  • What is the process to be followed for registration of the voucher?
    • Step-1: You need to visit www.vipfreeflightoffer.bigcityexperience.com
    • Step-2: Go to the voucher registration tab & register the voucher to get authentication code along by entering the following details such as Voucher Code, Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, City Name, Store Name, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and No. of Products Purchased along with copy of the invoice and in case of a manual bill additionally upload warranty card copy or online warranty registration confirmation.
    • Step-3: On successful verification within 48 business hours of submission of registration formalities the customer will receive a confirmation code on their registered mobile number/email id.
  • What is the process to be followed for redemption of the voucher?
    • Once authentication code is received by the customer on the registered mobile/e-mail ID
    • Step-1: You need to visit vipfreeflightoffer.bigcityexperience.com/
    • Click on the Booking Tab
    • Step-2: Use the authentication code and enter traveler details (Name,  Government Issued ID Proof Number, Valid - PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, destinations (2 preference of flights) along with the date of travel (2 different choices of dates)
    • Step-3: On successful submission, the Customer will receive an email /SMS within 7 working days with an online payment link on the registered mobile no. / e-mail ID where the Customer has to visit and make the payment towards Taxes & processing charges.
  • How make the payment for taxes & for how long the payment link is active?
    • On successful submission the Customer will receive an email /SMS within 7 working days with an online payment link where the Customer has to visit and make the payment towards Taxes & processing charges. The payment link will be active for 48 hours, post that the payment link will expire.
  • Can the Voucher be activated if not registered till 31st July 2022?
    • No the voucher stands invalid if not registered till 31st July 2022 and cannot be activated.
  • Can two or more vouchers be clubbed together?
    • No two vouchers can be clubbed together. However you can claim more than one voucher in a gap of minimum 7 days gap using different mobile number & e-mail Id but you cannot claim two vouchers at the same venue.
  • How many times a same household address can be used to redeem multiple vouchers at different dates & different venue?
    • One household address can be used max two times to redeem two different vouchers at different venues in a gap of minimum 7 days.
  • Can the payment link be reactivated if it expires post 48 hours?
    • The payment link cannot be reactivated and the booking stands cancelled.
  • What will be the taxes and other charges?
    • Eligible Subscriber regarding his/her booking request for the total amount due towards taxes and other charges (all charges including but not limited to Airport Charges, Development fee, passenger service fee, user development fee, Govt taxes, Insurance i.e. all charges excluding base fare)
  • How many vouchers can be redeemed against one single bill?
    • Max two vouchers can be redeemed against single bill.
  • How many vouchers can be redeemed against one mobile number & one e-mail ID?
    • Only one voucher can be redeemed against one mobile number and one e-mail ID, for another voucher another mobile number and another e-mail ID need to be used.
  • What ID proof is to be submitted for booking of the flight ticket?
    • Valid Govt. issued ID proof PAN Card copy OR Aadhar Card copy OR Passport Copy
  • How do I register the Voucher Code to get Authentication Code?
    • You need to open the microsite www.vipfreeflightoffer.bigcityexperience.com/, and submit the following details to get an authentication code on e-mail and SMS.
      • Voucher Code (13 digit alpha numeric code)
      • Customer name
      • Mobile Number
      • E-mail ID
      • City name
      • Store name
      • Invoice Number &  Date
      • No. of products purchased
      • Submit a copy of the invoice
      • Warranty Card or online warranty registration confirmation (Only in case of a manual bill and not printed bill copy)
  • What is the validity of the Authentication code?
    • From the date of generation, authentication code is valid till 20th August 2022
  • In case I have a manual bill how can I redeem the offer?
    • Upload the manual bill during registration of the voucher along with the copy of warranty card or screenshot of online warranty registration confirmation.
  • How do I redeem the Voucher Code?
    • You need to visit www.vipfreeflightoffer.bigcityexperience.com/
  • How do I proceed for choosing destination and dates using authentication code?
    • You need to click on the “Booking” tab at the Program site www.vipfreeflightoffer.bigcityexperience.com/ and submit following details
      • Authentication Code
      • Destination where customer wants to travel
      • Date on which customer wants to travel
      • Back up Options for “Preferences and dates” to be mentioned (with a gap of atleast 10 days). The first date of choice will have to be at 30 days from the date of submission of booking.
      • Do I need to pay any amount for the flight booking?
      • The base fare is waived off completely for flight ticket; you need to pay only s taxes at actualls (i.e. per voucher )
  • Do I get a choice of destinations?
    • There is no choice of destinations; you can only choose 1 preference of flight, 1 back up preference and 2 different date options. (from the list of destination provided)
  • How many days in advance the customer needs to place the booking request for the flight ticket?
    • The first date of choice will have to be at 30 days from the date of submission of booking
  • What should be the gap in date options?
    • Two options for flights and “Date of Travel” to be mentioned (with a gap of at least 10 days)
  • Can I get the booking confirmation modified?
    • No modification in booking confirmation is  possible after issuance
  • Does the customer have choice of airline to select?
    • The customer cannot choose or modify the preference  during the booking request or after the booking is done.
  • Can I use multiple vouchers at once?
    • Only one Flight voucher can be redeemed in one attempt. Multiple voucher numbers cannot be redeemed together.
  • Can I avail multiple tickets if I have multiple vouchers?
    • Yes, but for each voucher code, mobile and email has to be unique, although same customer can travel after a gap of one week of his or her flight ticket using the 1st flight voucher but the customer has to use different mobile number and e-mail ID for the 2nd voucher
  • Do I get refund in case of cancellation?
    • Standard flight cancellations apply - hence no refund to the customer
  • Are there any additional services / benefits along with the flight?
    • This Voucher does not include any other facilities e.g.  food & beverage, if incurred, must be paid for directly in the flight
  • Can this voucher be transferred?
    • The voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. The offer is subject to promotional availability.
